Microsoft Ending Support for Windows 10 21H2
Microsoft is ending support for Windows 10 21H2 in June 2024 when the Enterprise and Education editions reach the end of service. Once the end-of-service date is reached, systems running Windows 10 21H2 (aka the Windows 10 November 2021 Update) will no longer receive monthly quality updates encompassing bug fixes or patches addressing newly identified security vulnerabilities.
NOTE: No action is required for ITFS, Medical Center, and BCH-Oakland supported Windows Systems. ITFS Desktop Engineering has begun updating systems to Windows 10 – 22H2 which is supported by Microsoft.
Windows 10 is reaching the end of service and workstations will need to be updated to Windows 11. ITFS Desktop Engineering will begin updating workstations beginning in November 2024. Learn more about the upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
