Qualtrics Proxy Links will be Retired on Oct. 30.

On Oct. 30, Qualtrics will permanently retire the URL Proxy service. If there are any links (e.g., redirects, images, and meeting invites) containing proxy.qualtrics.com embedded in your survey and distributions will no longer work on that date. 

What is changing? 

Embedded Links within Qualtrics that include proxy.qualtrics.com will no longer function beginning Oct. 30. If the embedded links are not updated, recipients will not be able access these resources. 

What do you need to do?  

With the retirement of the URL Proxy service, review your links in Qualtrics to identify those containing the proxy.qualtrics.com. Once a link has been identified, it will need to be updated with a direct destination URL to ensure that the links will continue to function after Oct. 30.
