Access Everyone with a @ucsf.edu email address has access to Smartsheet via Myaccess.ucsf.edu. However, a separate license will need to be purchased to create sheets and own sheets or to access premium features. For FY24, the license cost is $286 per user, though it may be pro-rated depending on when you request the license.

DescriptionMATLAB Access for Everyone at UCSFUCSF has a Total Academic Headcount (TAH) license allowing campus-wide access to MATLAB, Simulink and a variety of add-on products. All faculty, researchers and learners can use MATLAB on their personal computers and laptops.
