After extended monitoring and various optimizations and mitigation efforts by Microsoft, we’ve confirmed that our Microsoft Teams service and features have been restored or returned to optimal health.

Reason:  Microsoft has reported a service degradation incident that is causing intermittent connectivity issues to the Microsoft Office 365 Teams application.

Impact: Some customers may be unable to access Microsoft Teams application on the web or installed client. IT continues to investigate with Microsoft, and we will provide updates as soon as possible.
