UCSF IT Security Suite Removal Process

If you leave UCSF, any personal computer associated will be taken off system management. UCSF no longer has reporting responsibility we deactivate the person's licensed software UCSF IT Security Suite.

  • Once the UCSF IT Security Suite is deactivated, all installed software will be removed from the computers associated with the separated person

Eligibility:

  • Former UCSF staff, learners, facility, contractors, affiliates, or volunteers.

Removal Process:

  • BigFix Action will present an option to either remove the UCSF IT Security Suite or re-register the device using the "Register Your Computer" 

If you are unable to Register Your Computer due to issues with MyAccess, please contact the UCSF IT Service Desk: 415-514-4100 or your UCSF HR representative
