    Wireless Services

    UCSF's wireless service provides an alternative to traditional wired connectivity.Supporting most wireless devices using 802.11a/b/g/n, it is the recommended method of network access at most locations, and it is widely available in clinical, research and administrative buildings.Guest access is also provided for visitors and non-UCSF business communications.

    Electronic Signature: DocuSign

    HBS Timekeeping System

    NOTE:  MyTime replaces HBS beginning with the May 11 – May 24, 2025 pay period for biweekly employees and the June monthly pay period for monthly employees.HBS (Huntington Business Systems), is an online time and attendance system. It is used by all academic and administrative staff (exempt and non-exempt employees) who earn leave.Note: HBS is not applicable for the 5,000+ academics who do not earn leave (e.g., residents, emeritus faculty).

    BCH Oakland - Personal Print Manager (PPM) Quick Setup Guide

    Secure print is a term for printing tasks that meet a standard for privacy to prevent the unauthorized use of printed information. Secure print protects PHI and meets the guidelines of the new Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) rules that all shared devices on healthcare networks require authentication. The Personal Print Manager (PPM) software from LRS integrates with the VPSX print server to allow end users to quickly and easily manage their secure print jobs.
