Office 365: Planner
How to access
Everyone with a @ucsf.edu email address has access. Log in at https://office.ucsf.edu, or access Planner within Teams.
Get your group tasks done alongside your individual tasks, right from where you're working in Microsoft Teams, using the Tasks app (initially called the Planner app).
Plan an event - Use Planner to plan an event, like a product launch.
Support customers - Track customer support issues, like running a small support team.
Publish content - Manage a publishing process, like for articles and blog posts.
Track a process - Create and follow a process, such as monitoring patients from scheduling to follow-up.
We have multiple ways for you to get the help you need. For questions and support, check the Frequently Asked Questions page or submit a ticket on our Employee Self-Service Portal. You can also chat with other Office 365 users at UCSF on the Office 365 Team (open to anyone at UCSF - use the join code 7me7twx).
