Learner Device Setup
UCSF uses Microsoft Exchange as its email and calendar service. It can be accessed from any browser by going to: https://email.ucsf.edu. Requires two-factor authentication if off-campus.You can use desktop email clients such as Outlook and Apple Mail. Requires VPN connection if off-campus.

Cisco Jabber UC Training: Login
Type in your email username (FirstInitialLastname or LastnameFirstInitial), e.g., username@ucsf.edu, and then type in your email password before clicking the Sign In button. NOTE: If you sign out from Jabber client after a successful login, it remembers your username in its cache. The next time you sign in, you should only need to enter your email password.
