Otter.ai is a cloud-based, live transcription and captioning service that integrates with Zoom. It is provided for people with disabilities as a reasonable accommodation. It uses advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to transcribe spoken audio into written text, providing reasonably accurate results in real-time.
