How to access

Everyone with an active UCSF email address has access to the Box for Outloook as part of their Box and Microsoft 365 licenses.

Description

The Box for Outlook feature directly connects your Box file repository to your UCSF email account in Outlook. This feature will provide you with the ability to save messages and attachments to Box from the Outlook interface. In addition to saving messages and attachments, there is the function to create and send sharing links to files from Box in Outlook.

To access Box and Micrsoft Outlook, you will need a web browser (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge are recommended for the best experience) or Outlook desktop (Requires VPN if not connected to the UCSF network) and a UCSF email address
