The IT Infrastructure Network Services Team provides core enterprise-wide communications services to UCSF.  It is responsible for the planning, installation and the management of the University’s enterprise-wide data communication networks.  This network is comprised of a complex IT infrastructure consisting of cable plants, network closets, routers, switches, wireless controllers, security components, telephony equipment and end-user applications, and end-user appliances.

The IT Infrastructure Network Services Team is responsible for day-to-day management of data end devices and infrastructure within the OSI model.
