Overview

BigFix for your departmental IT is a service offering for IT Administrators who want a single view into all of their endpoints attached to the network and can deploy software, manage configurations, and collect hardware and software inventory information

BigFix for Departmental IT enables you to manage physical and virtual servers, workstations, and laptops from a single admin console. A multitenant architecture allows IT to manage by department, device type, ownership and more. BigFix scales to support deployments of hundreds of thousands of devices through a fully configurable, robust architecture. BigFix Works in complex network environments, both private and public networks.

Get Started

  • Submit a service request for either Web Reports and/or Console access by submitting a ServiceNow request to Desktop Engineering
  • Pick your level of access
    1. Reporting Only: Access to Web Reports
    2. Run Actions and Reporting: Access to Console & Access to Web Reports
