I Don’t See UCSF Templates

  1. Open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
  2. Select File > Account.
  3. Confirm you are signed in with your UCSF Microsoft 365 account.

If templates were recently deployed:

  1. Close all Microsoft 365 applications.
  2. Reopen the application.
  3. Return to File > New and check again.

  1. Open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
  2. Select File > Account.
  3. Select Update Options > Update Now.

New or updated organizational templates may take some time to appear after deployment.
