I Don’t See UCSF Templates
- Open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
- Select File > Account.
- Confirm you are signed in with your UCSF Microsoft 365 account.
If templates were recently deployed:
- Close all Microsoft 365 applications.
- Reopen the application.
- Return to File > New and check again.
- Open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
- Select File > Account.
- Select Update Options > Update Now.
New or updated organizational templates may take some time to appear after deployment.
