Description

Once your mobile device is enrolled in Intune Company Portal you can access your UCSF email using native email, calendar, and contact apps or Microsoft Outlook mobile.

If you upgrade to a new phone, you will need to reinstall the company portal and re-enroll your new device and not migrate the company portal with the built-in migration tool.

Here's how it works:

  1. Purchase the device and service plan that best fit your needs.
  2. Activate your device based on the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Enroll your device in Intune.
  4. Decide whether you will use your mobile device's native email, calendar, and contact apps, or Microsoft Outlook mobile.
    1. Connect your native email, calendar, and contact apps to your UCSF email:
      • iOS
    2. Configure Microsoft Outlook mobile
      • Android
      • iOS

Support

For Outlook mobile questions and support, check the Intune Frequently Asked Questions page or submit a ticket on our Employee Self-Service Portal. You can also chat with other Office 365 users at UCSF on the Office 365 Team (open to anyone at UCSF - use the join code 7me7twx).
