Overview

MyAffiliate portal enables select non-employees to be invited to manage other identities affiliated with their same Service Area and Affiliation. The following section includes the steps for a non-employee to invite another non-employee from their organization into the Collaborator Portal to help manage non-employees in their given service area.

Inviting Collaborators in MyAffiliate

  1. From the MyAffiliate Lifecycle portal dashboard, navigate to and select the non-employee profile to be updated. 
  1. From the non-employee's profile page, select either Invite Collaborator – Community Affiliates or Invite Collaborator – Donor Network West.

  2. On the Invite Collaborator screen, select the appropriate Service Area, then click Submit.

  3. The MyAffiliate Lifecycle portal dashboard will reload.
  4. You’ll receive an email notification once the non-employee’s Identity Sponsor approves the collaborator invite request.
  5. Complete the required steps outlined in the email notification.
    1. For Community Affiliates, once the steps are completed, share the link to the Community Affiliates collaborator portal with the non-employee. Their login credentials will be their UCSF username and password.
    2. For Donor Network West, once the steps are completed, share the link to the MyAffiliate Donor Network West collaborator portal with the non-employee. Their login credentials will be their UCSF username and password.
