Overview
The following instructions will assist you with updating non-employee information.
Lifecycle Portal log-in instructions
The Lifecycle portal will be used by UCSF employees with Identity Sponsors and Onboarding Administrators roles to manage affiliate user lifecycle actions.
Step1
Navigate to MyAffiliate
Navigate to the MyAffiliate Lifecycle Portal login screen
Step2
Enter your UCSF username and password before clicking Sign-in.
Step3
If prompted, authenticate with Duo multi-factor authentication to access the SailPoint landing page.
Donor Network West log-in instructions
The Donor Network West collaborator portal will be used by Donor Network West users that have the Collaborator role in MyAffiliate.
Step1
Navigate to MyAffiliate Donor Network West
Navigate to the MyAffiliate Donor Network West Collaborator Portal.
Step2
Enter your UCSF username and password before clicking Sign-in.
Step3
If prompted, authenticate with Duo multi-factor authentication to access the SailPoint landing page.
Community Affiliates log-in instructions
The Community Affiliates collaborator portal will be used by community affiliates who have the Collaborator role in MyAffiliate.
